Think of our Couple’s Assistant as your personal day-of concierge — a dedicated member of our team focused entirely on you. From sun-up to send-off, they’ll be by your side, handling the small (but important) things so you can stay in the moment and fully enjoy your wedding day.

Here’s what they’ll take care of:

  • Picking up your pre-ordered breakfast or coffee run

  • Holding onto your essentials — think: touch-up lipstick, marriage license, rings, phone

  • Guiding family members and the wedding party for photos

  • Helping keep your timeline on track, especially with your photo and video team

  • Assisting with outfit changes (yes, even wrestling with tricky zippers or tying shoes)

  • Managing little tasks around the venue as needed

  • Making sure you have snacks and hydration on hand throughout the day

  • Helping carry your dress for portraits and venue transitions

  • Providing access to our fully stocked emergency kit (just in case)

  • Refilling drinks and checking in with you during the reception

  • Capturing fun behind-the-scenes phone footage you’ll love looking back on

    We offer full-service planning for couples who wish to bring their vision to life in a different city, state or country. We assist with researching and recommending suitable venues, arranging travel and accommodation for the couple and guests, coordinating with local vendors, as well as managing the logistical details of the event. Whether the couple envisions a beach wedding in the Caribbean, a vineyard wedding in Tuscany, or a mountain wedding in the Rockies, we can turn their vision into a reality, creating unforgettable memories for the couple and their guests.

    Any type of event usually involves coordinating venues, catering, entertainment and/or decorations. We are here to help! We can assist with the planning of any special event, including, but not limited to:

    • Corporate events such as product launches, team building activities, networking events, shareholder meetings, etc.

    • Social events like birthday and anniversary celebrations

    • Non-profit organization fundraisers such as galas, auctions, charity walks, etc.

    • Themed events such as holiday parties, cultural festivities, etc.

  • For weddings or events with 200 or more guests, an additional day-of assistant will be required to ensure a smooth and well-supported experience. A supplemental fee of $450 will apply.

  • For events with multiple locations — such as a church ceremony followed by a separate reception venue — a $450 fee will apply to include an additional day-of assistant, ensuring seamless coordination between sites.

  • If your wedding or event falls on a holiday or holiday weekend, a holiday rate will apply to accommodate premium scheduling and staffing. Rates vary depending on the holiday.
